What is FLEX? FLEX, Freshmen Leadership Experience, is a program that runs through Virginia Tech's Student Government Association (SGA) designed to begin help build student leaders from the onset of their first year. The program helps acclimate students to Virginia TECH and Orients them to different leadership opportunities available around campus. FLEX accomplishes this by encouraging active participation across campus as well as exposure to different areas of involvement dealing with legislation, technology, fundraising, governmental affairs, and community service.
