Hokies on Fire

Hey Hokies!

Hokies on Fire is an event that was started last year to increase student attendance and overall spirit at Hokie Basketball games, because we are a high-powered basketball school. We will be selling a new Hokies on Fire shirt this year, so keep your eyes out for that coming in November!
Something new we have started this year is a website, www.hokiesonfire.com, which should be up and running in the middle of October. This website gives you the students an opportunity to vote on all aspects of your Hokies on Fire shirts, the color, slogan, and the option to submit a design of your own. You can also go to the site to find out about a new tradition that we will be starting this year that is exclusively for students! We would like to take Hokies on Fire to a whole new level this year, and we can’t do that without the help of the Hokie Nation. We would like to show the ACC that we are a basketball school and it is time to bring Lane Stadium inside to Cassel. So get excited for basketball season and keep an eye out for hokiesonfire.com, the student inspired Hokies on Fire shirts, and the new tradition!
